BOOKING FEE AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Eyelash Extension full sets, Eyelash Lift and Tint and Brow Lamination appointments will require a NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee to secure your appointment, this will be taken off the treatment price. If you chose to cancel this appointment at any time you will lose the booking fee.

Moving appointments in advance the booking fee will be transferred. Under 48 hours moving/cancellation or a 'no show' will result in another booking fee to be paid before rebooking.
Future appointments will be cancelled until the new booking fee has been paid.

Under 48 hours cancellation of any appointment will result in 50% charge of the appointment to be paid before your next appointment.

Under 24 hours or not showing to your appointment will result in the FULL AMOUNT to be paid.
Future appointments will be cancelled until the charge has been paid.

Due to the high quality of my products and work I will not infill other technicians work. A removal and full set would be required.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Due to new research, a patch test is not required for Eyelash Extensions as it does not determine accurate results, however if you wish to have a patch test, this needs to be done 48 hours prior to your treatment. You will need to sign a consent form if you chose not to have one.

Patch tests for a Lash Lift & Tint and Brow Lamination MUST be completed 24-48 hours prior to the appointment.
It is your responsibility to make sure you arrange your patch test. Failure to do so will result in your appointment being cancelled and booking fee being lost.

Please arrive to your appointment, lash lifts and full sets included but especially for infills, with NO eye make up on. If you do, it will result in less time on your lashes as I will have to spend time removing it.

Lash Infills are either 2 or 3 weekly. If an infill is booked after the 3 week mark this will be classed as a full set. This is due to the amount of remaining lashes that will need to be removed as they will have grown out too much and could cause damage to the natural lash. If you book an infill appointment 4 weeks or more after your initial appointment, the appointment will be cancelled and you will need to book the next available space for a full set.

Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are early please wait until your allocated slot as I may be with another client, preparing for your appointment, or tending to personal matters. If you are late please note that this time will come out of your appointment. Arriving 15 minutes late could result in the cancelation of your appointment.

Issues with the lashes need to be reported within 48 hours of the treatment for a free fix as this would be down to a product issue. Anything after that will be down to aftercare and will be charged at infill price.
