REFUNDS POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase you have 14 days to return the item(s). If 14 days have passed unfortunately a refund or exchange cannot be offered.
We are happy to offer you a refund on condition that your item(s) is unused and in the original condition.
Any liquid products must be sealed. If the seal has been broken or the product has been used a refund will not be given.
Due to EU hygiene regulations we cannot refund, replace or exchange products returned in a non-saleable condition.
If you have received your product and it is faulty or damaged please contact us within 7 days so we can resolve the problem and issue a replacement.
It is down to the customer to return and cover the cost of returning the item therefore we recommend (in the event it may be lost in transit) returning the parcel recorded. Delivery costs are non refundable.
Once your return item has been received and it has been inspected you will receive an email to notify you that we have received it and whether or not it has been accepted or rejected. If your refund has been accepted your funds will be returned to the bank/card used to purchase. If you do not receive the refund within 7 days please contact us.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
